How to make a delicious green salad
Why green?
It’s the color of the Heart Chakra, governing love, compassion, and emotional healing. When balanced, it also manages stress!
Start your salad with:
A generous base of soft lettuce like spring mix, butter lettuce, spinach, or baby romaine.
Crunchy romaine or iceberg will NOT work for this salad!
Add the following raw veggies in this order:
Spiralized zucchini
Chopped broccoli (including the stalk!)
Chopped celery
Flat parsley
Add the following toppings:
Sliced Medjool dates
Sundried tomatoes
Pumpkin seeds
Sliced avocado
Dress it with a high quality oil (EVOO or sesame) and Celtic sea salt.
