Latvia’s charming capital Riga has been on my list for years. In 2025, I finally touched down after a magical landing accompanied by the glittering Baltic Sea and a rainbow. An excellent alternative to touristy cities like Copenhagen and Paris, Riga offers top-of-the-line restaurants, architecture, museums and performing arts — not to mention very beautiful people.
